How To Get My Body Shaped? Am A Thin Girl , Age-25, Weight 46kg & Height 5ft?

I have started exercising in a gim with aerobics a week back. Am a poor eater. I think i should gain more weight to shape up my body. (to gain a good figure)

    Staying toned is most important. Don’t worry necessarily about gaining weight. Add some fibre and supplements to your diet.

    that’s a difficult question.
    46kg seems okay for your height.
