    please start doing doing kapalbhati pranayam as suggested by baba Ramdev in Aastha channel for 10 minutes daily

    You need to keep your input of protein and vitamins to support growth but reduce the fatty and carbohydrate foods.
    As always it is a healthy diet – fruit and vegetables, fibre, lean meat.
    No fast food, no pizzas, no burgers.
    I note you have already had commercial answers about rubbish like acai berries etc. Ignore these.
