		<description>I have no equipment what so ever, so I run up the stairs faster. it definitely makes my legs stronger and while out shopping for daily groceries I walk a little faster while holding the groceries.... just always that little extra while doing normal things. that gets my heart rate up and prevents me from becoming a total couch potato.... and I love to swim... but that you need a pool for :-)))</description>

		<description>Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.</description>

The best exercises are squats, push-ups, chin-ups, leg lifts, etc.  
And don&#039;t forget that you can turn common household items into workout equipment.  Water jugs filled with sand work quite well.</description>
