Definition Of A Healthy Body Weight/height?

easiest formula for calculating ideal body weight for adult women.
It is called the Metropolitan method.
For the first 5 feet of height count 100#, then add 5# for every
additional inch of height. This will give you your ideal weight.
Then there is a variance of 10% each way and you still are in the Ideal body weight range.
Example: Person is 5′6″tall
100# (first five feet)30#(5# each additional foot)
Ideal body weight=130# (+/-(10%)
The ideal body weight range for this woman would be:
117-143 lbs.
