what would be my ideal weight and body fat percentage for someone my age and height

On TV there was a lady with the same body measurements as me she weight only 178 pounds, wereas I weight a SAD 209. ??????I’m currently losing weight…which is good but that kind of made me shart wondering why someone with the same size is so much lighter.
