Is There An Optimum Weight For An Age? I See Gain My Weight Back Even I Reduce?

Just by fasting and other weight loss technique, can anybody reduce the weight to a level dictated by Body Mass Index guidelines? Is there an optimum weight at every age which the body is trying to maintain? I don’t want to go against nature in reducing weight.

    I’m not sure but I think if you’re hungry, you should eat, because your body is basically asking you for food. Don’t starve yourself when your stomach rumbles for food.
