How Can Someone With The Same Body Mesurements As Me Be So Much Lighter?

On TV there was a lady with the same body measurements as me she weight only 178 pounds, wereas I weight a SAD 209. ??????I’m currently losing weight…which is good but that kind of made me shart wondering why someone with the same size is so much lighter.

    Maybe she’s shorter than you.

Well you can’t always believe what you see on tv. But I do know that muscle weighs more then fat. you could have more muscle then the woman does. Also was she the same height? She could have been shorter or taller then you too which can make a difference in weight. If you are trying to loose weight don’t go by what other people are because they have different metabolism and different chemistry then you do. Focus on your own goals and make them attainable. Good luck :)

The height has a lot to do with it. The taller you are the more places the weight has to go. Also her weight could be distributed around her body in a different way. You may carry most of your weight in different places for instance her legs or arms may be slightly smaller than yours. But mainly height is the main factor.

Assuming you are the same height, she may have a lighter frame and lower bone density, less muscle mass, etc. Just because two people are the same height and size doesn’t mean they will weigh the same.
