Body-muscle-weight Loss-size-clothes-question?
Hello Everyone. I have a questions and i need your help since this seems very odd to me.
I currently changed my lifestyle and begin to eat right with exercise. I went from 185 to 148 to present. I started this plan on June of 07. My question is that I weigh 148 and fit to size 5 jeans only and they are starting to get loose. And that is what I don’t understand. Before I gained this weight and was in high school when I was 148, I was size 9-10-11 jeans.
I am just not understanding this at all. Did jean size jeans? I shop at the juniors section and try many different brands for the same size and it all fits.
I am 25 and started to exercise for two hours for five days a week.
I also eat no meat but fish and dairy products. I give up sugar and white flour for good. I sleep for eight hours a day, maintain stress levels, and started doing many healthy things like yoga and more.
Is this muscle or fat?
Please help and any way you can by sharing with me your feedback.
O.K. I would say its muscle, you are loosing the fat, congrats to you!! I did that years ago, I lost 68 lbs, in 4 months, not saying thats a good way to do it, but I did it, and I did aerobics 2hrs every day twice a day, I drank gallons of water and consumed very little calories, I went from a 16 to a 9, and I was 47 when I did that, I also do yoga, and cleans few times a week, Good for you, keep up the good work, its feels good doesn’t it?
You are actually such a huge inspiration to me. I am currently 180 pounds and my goal is around 140-150. I am lacking motivation.
I just have a question how hard was it? I just cant seem to start working out, I hate being this size. Any tips or personal experience would be great.
And Maybe try and wear a belt? or Get a size 4? sorry I just odnt really understand your question.
