well i already have rips started building on my arms….
but i want to loose that fab from tummy
want to make it flat….
want to loose weight
plus i want to make a body
what type of exercises u would suggest ???
please make a plan for me

    What does it mean when you are getting rips in your arms?
    You already have a body you can’t make more. There are noe excercises that make you build body.
    Also fab is not the word you are looking for you are talking about FLAB. Which is body fat.
    I’m sorrybut you can’t target specific fat loss in one area so you will just have to do cardio to lose body fat.
