There's no real body size or weight thing there- the 34 IS the body size. It's a smaller than average size, and is equivalent to a 36A, 32C, 30D, and 28DD. The thing that's changed there is the size of the girl's torso. A 28DD, though it sounds big, isn't large at all- a petite girl with a smaller or ordinary looking chest. Many women are unaware of how the number is the size of the body, and that is what dictates the size of the cups. Honestly, the only proper 34B I know is my cousin- she's 5'4 and 170lbs, a rather overweight girl and really it doesn't look like she has much going on up top because she has such a large torso. On a taller girl it looks more proportionate, the only healthy-ish weight 34's I know are over 5'8- they just look average size and small-ish chested.
