Am I Fat, Based On These Measurements And Weight?

Alright so I live in California and I want to have a nice body to go to the beach. (I’m a girl)
My measurements are 34c-26-35, but the real problem is that I am 5′7″ and way 136 pounds. Is that way too heavy for a person of my height?
Also, in order to lose weight, do all liquid diets work?
Thanks.

You are not overweight. You can check your BMI (body mass index) for yourself here http://www.weight-loss-surgery-or-weight…
That’s what doctors and most people use as a guideline to determine if you are underweight, normal, or overweight.
Your BMI is 21.6 which is in the normal range. Everyone’s body build is different. And if you are an athlete or very active your BMI may be higher than you want. This is because muscle weighs more than fat.
    Hope this helps.

You’re are perfectly normal from the details given, but if you want to know your level of body fat then get a body composition test done.
