Whats The Most Effective Way To Use Body Fortress Muscle And Weight Gainer ?

i feel uncomfortable with my body size ? i want to gain muscle but with a medium build naturally ?
do i use the weight gainer to gain weight first then workout out to gain muscle ??

    After training is the best time, make it before 45 minutes of training, another excellent time of taking it is before you go to sleep, this is a very common and also effective time of taking it.

    I haven’t heard that product name but I am assuming it is a protein shake… just incorporate the protein into your diet… for best results drink it before and / or after your workout and you will build muscle…. as your muscles are stretched during exercise the proteins will fill the gaps, creating new muscle tissue…
