    try this ideal weight calculator, based on age, gender and height. It gives you the per cent of people heavier than you, too. And shows you how you compare to others:http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.ht…

    Women IBW = 45.5kg + 2.3kg for each inch over 5 feet
    your IBW = 45.5kg + 13.8kg
    IBW = 59.3 kg
    In pounds your ideal body weight is.
    2.2lbs = 1kg
    2.2lbs x 59.3 kg = 130lbs

    You are going to love this….. A group of my girlfriends from all over the US are a part of a workout group. We email in to each other whenever we workout. It is super motivating. On Friday’s we weigh-in. We don’t tell what our weight is just if we gained or loss. Well a girlfriend in the group just shared with us this site called http://www.thedailyplate.com. It is awesome. You can find out what weight you should be and they you can calculate all the calories you eat everyday. You can also put in how much you want to loose every week and it will structure it towards you. I am loosing weight!!!
    I also drink Mona-Vie. It is an acai berry drink that is super for your health. If you are not interested I understand but if you are it does help suppress the appetite!
    Good luck!

    I am not sure, and it doesn’t really matter your weight as long as you don’t use dieting pills, because they may make you lose 10 pounds, but it’s 10 pounds of water, not of fat.
    Just exercise for about 20-30 minutes each day, don’t eat past 7:00 pm, limit any sweets or deserts, and develop healthy eating habits.
    Some ideas for meals:
    Breakfast- oatmeal, water
    Snack- carrots, celery, a veggie, and milk or water
    Lunch- sandwich and fruit or veggie, with juice
    Snack- veggie, and water
    Dinner- whatever’s cookin, and something healthy to drink
    Good luck :)
