Do These Exercises Have The Same Effect As Weight Lifting?

Do exercises such as push/press ups chin/pull ups dips etc have the same effect on testosterone as weight lifting and none of the exercises are weighted 100% from your own body weight.

    Exercises such as push/press/chin/pull ups are in the cardiovascular and aerobic range of physical training. Meaning these exercises require oxygen and usually result in more toned muscles. Weightlifting is anaerobic in that it does not require as much oxygen as the previously mentioned exercises but requires more energy. Testerone is a growth hormone and weightlifting utilizes the amount flowing through the human body in order to increase muscle mass.

    Exercising has nothing to do with testosterone. I’m not sure where you’re getting your information. I’m also not sure why you think you want to manipulate your baseline testosterone level.
