Hi…m 19 yrs old and my weight is 64kg …i have started gym since 15days…and my concern is to increase my weight and body size as i look too slim ….as i hav heard that proteins help to gain size i eat 4raw eggs and around 750ml of milk everyday

    How tall are you?
    Keep that protein up, Try adding a protein supplement to your milk. Beans and Nuts also have decent protein content.
    You need to focus on weights at the gym if you want to increase in size. Go for lower reps and higher weights, that will give you a better chance at gaining size)
    Go for 8-10 reps of all the exercises you do at the gym, and talk to one of the personal trainers at your gym, they will be able to help you!
