    Yes, an erection is caused by blood flow to the penis. Blood fills the spongy tissues inside of the penis causing it to become firm and rigid.
    But working out does not cause the penis to become larger during erection. However, being in good physical health can increase stamina and control. Also, it ensures vascular health which is important in blood flow to the penis.

    Again absolutely not! Casanova does your heart grow bigger when you run for a distance then stop. It might pump harder and push more blood volume through it, but no son!
