Any At Home Workouts For Losing Weight?
I am fighting the battle of the bulge and cant afford a gym membership any suggestions? I am trying to lean towards using my own body weight and am clueless !! can anyone help?

There is much you can do. I do go to a gym, but I like the outdoors too. So I switch it up.
At home you can do a lot. I like to start with stretching, sit-ups and push ups. Then I have two ten pound weights (ten bucks at Wal-Mart). I do bicep curls, triceps, butterfly’s (chest), shoulder exercises. Since they are only ten pounds I keep a good pace to get my heart rate up. After that I hit the streets! I walk several miles. I switch up my pace. From running to slow walking. All together. That makes your heart rate go up and down which will help with weight loss. Then I cool down. I walk about a mile at a normal pace.
The important thing is to exercise. Doing nothing gets you no where. Exercise is like everything else, you have to learn. Get in there and start. You will learn as you go.
My gym is only 30 a month. There were not sign up fees. I would consider a gym. You could make room for 30 a month.
The person above me brought up a good point. I do dance alone at home. There is a lot of dances I want to learn, so I watch them on youtube. Believe it or not you burn a lot of calories.
I workout at home. You can walk or run, of course, for cardio. I find that dvds help– I just do what they tell me to, they do the counting for me & tell me what moves to do. You can get dvds inexpensively on Amazon. I do Turbo Jam b/c it’s low impact but REALLY aerobic, Pilates & yoga. I have a mat and some handweights, that’s it. I was going to join a gym, & the rep I met w/was eager to make a sale, but he said, “Given the shape you’re in from working out at home, why do you want to join a gym?” Exactly, I thought.
Simple, only eat til your full. Dont eat another bite. Plus, dance, and move around alot. Motivate yourself and do something that requires moving the important parts that you wanna lose weight on. Dont snack except maybe yogurt and carrots or something. Eat chicken and salads. Alot of salads actually.
