    Excuse me but are you asking for her or for yourself? If she wants to lose weight herself, then that’s ok for you to ask but if YOU want her to lose weight, it’s not your place to ask. IF she wants, she should go to weightwatchers or to a dietitian, so she can learn how to lose weight safely and learn how to keep it off. It’s probably the amount or type of food she is eating, probably cooking for you. Are you overweight?? Before marriage, most people are skinnier but due to food intake or over-contentment, or under-contentment, they gain weight. Is your wife happy? Or anxious? Or sad? Check these things out. Perhaps you have voiced your opinion on her weight and she is feeling inadequate, therefore eating more.

    WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE? This is something immensely personal to a woman and you’re here trying to get advice to present her!! WHAT A J@CK@$$!!!! Do you not have a sensitive bone in your body? A woman’s body does start going through some changes in her 30’s so some weight gain is to be expected. Instead of trying to find diet plans to present to her, which is going to make her feel bad or feel worse than she does now. Try finding ways to make her feel good about herself! Sounds like you obviously have no problems with YOUR weight, why not suggest to her what you are doing SM@RT@$$?

    firstly does she recognize the problem or is it u who is botherred if yes it wont work she has to be willing herself or else she will not take the steps.
    rest weight loss is not overnight thing it takes patience and motivation and support from loved ones. have her get into some exercise then she has to work on her diet she can follow any diet plan but has to do with integrity.
    if the issue is severe then seek professional help like dietician and gym

    i am doing diet with green tea.
    green tea can help to reduce fat.
    and try to swimm routinly.
    jogging is also helpfull.
    and,one of the most important,
    stop eating before you fell enough.
    eat only when you feel hungry.

    You haven’t said how tall she is? If she is that huge then I suggest she visits your GP and gets a referral to a professional dietitian. If she is this obese its dangerous for her and she needs to be monitored.

    Tell her to eat less, and more healthily. Then tell her to do some exercise.
