I Feel Really Bad About My Body Because Of The Weight Size My Family Members Have Gotten To. Any Advice On How

to loose weight. Like the best way to loose weight fast. I already stopped drinking pop. Once in a while I’ll drink Coca Cola Zero, but that’s it. It really bothers me and I’m only 40 pounds over weight. The rest of my family members in this household has never took care of it, and now they want to and can’t because of there eating habits. I don’t like meat, so I’ve been considering of turning into a vegitarian, and loosing some weight that way. I want to take care of this problem before it gets out of hand.

    I know you probably feel like losing weight as fast as possible, and TV, the internet, and other people often promote methods of losing weight fast, but it’s not very healthy to lose more than a few pounds a week. If you don’t eat meat often then try cutting back on other possible fatty items such as ranch dressing (assuming that you eat salads). It’s best to just exercise daily and drink plenty of water (so you can metabolize fat and remain hydrated). Try using Google to find out more information about exercise and diet. Good luck :)

    If you exercise, and eat right you can lose weight healthily. Go for a run, walk, sit ups… theres alot of options.
    Aim to lose at the most 2 pounds a week. I know it would be frustrating to lose so little each week, but its healthy and you’ll be able to maintain it.

    My compliments on taking the initiative to lose weight. It’s good that you’ve given up regular pop for Coca-Cola Zero. If you’re going to give up meat completely, be sure that you’re getting your protein from other methods.
    Be weary of the newest and most exciting diets out. I’ve personally taken to giving up sweets and pop (switching to Diet or Zero pop) and had been walking on a trail not far from my home. Stationary bikes are also a good alternative if you’ve got money to spend on them. I’ve got a recumbent stationary bike that I just purchased. It’s great: I can watch T.V. or read while I exercise.

    to loose weight for yourself, you just really need to focus on what you’re eating. if you’re hungry and want a snack, reach for an apple instead of a bag of chips or some biscuits. don’t eat much after dinner, and don’t have any dessert unless it’s fruit salad or diet jelly. also do daily exercise. it will be tough at the start to get yourself motivated, but you’ll find after a while that your body will really want to, and need to exercise, and you’ll start to really enjoy it. try powerwalking for 30-60 minutes a day, and make sure you aren’t too full before you go because otherwise you might get bloated. as for your family, when you go foodshopping, direct the trolley towards the fruit and veggie section and load the trolley up with fresh healthy foods. and the daily walks could be an activity that you and your family do together, to spend time together and to get fit at the same time.
    just try to stay away from oily, chocolately, of deep fried foods, and when you’re tempted, just remember what you are going to look like when you are your goal weight.
