its a pain in the *** doing all different types of exercise on every and each muscle is there any training equipment that trains multiple muscles?
how well do pull up bars work? is lifting your own body weight better than lifting weight on a bar or dumb bells?

Do These Exercises Have The Same Effect As Weight Lifting?
